
Prep
Before drilling it is best to make sure that the antler base is relatively flat. If there is jagged ridges or bone sand those areas flat.
Take your antlers and hold them up to the Buck Bracket product and check visually for how you want those antlers to sit when mounted.
Use the supplied drill bit with your order to drill into the base of your antler. Deer products need approximately 1/2" deep pilot hole, elk require about 1 1/2" deep.

Drill Into The Antler
Using the supplied 1/8" drill bit, drill into the center of your antler approximately 3/4" deep.

Screw Skull Snap Into The Antler
Using a Philips head screwdriver, screw the Skull Snap into the hole previously drilled. (avoid using power tools)

Snap Into The Skull
Firmly grasp the antler in one hand and the Snap Skull in the other. Press and twist the antler into the skull. You should hear a snap/pop sound when pressed in completely.
