All Buck Bracket® products are backed by our unconditional lifetime warranty.

If your Buck Bracket product breaks during normal use, we’ll replace it. We stand behind our products and want them displayed with confidence for years to come.

• Photos of the issue
• A brief description of what happened

Returns & Refunds

Because all Buck Bracket products are made-to-order, return eligibility varies depending on the product type.

Deer Products

Deer skull products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

• The product is unused
• The product has not been mounted or modified
• The product is returned in original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once returned and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Elk, Moose, & Caribou Products

Elk, Moose, and Caribou skulls are oversized specialty items produced in limited quantities and require significant production time.

Due to their size, fragility, and made-to-order nature, these products are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds unless:

• The item arrives damaged
• There is a manufacturing defect
• There is a warranty-related issue

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
