RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Buck Bracket, we stand behind our products and take pride in providing high-quality antler mounting solutions backed by excellent customer service.
RETURNS
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unmounted, and in their original condition.
To start a return, please contact us at support@buckbracket.com with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for safely packaging returned items to prevent damage during transit.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom products
- Wholesale orders
- Clearance or discounted items
- Used or mounted products
- Any product marked as Final Sale
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or an error was made on our end.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We will work quickly to make it right.
